Welcome to OsceSetGo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered OSCE training platform. By accessing or using OsceSetGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using OsceSetGo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using OsceSetGo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

OsceSetGo is an AI-powered platform designed to help medical students and healthcare professionals practice for Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs). Our services include:

• Interactive OSCE station practice sessions with AI-powered patient simulations
• Real-time feedback and performance analytics
• Access to a library of OSCE stations across various medical specialties
• Mock examination scenarios
• Progress tracking and learning recommendations

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use OsceSetGo, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and users.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's security, servers, or networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without permission
• Share, sell, or redistribute access to your account or our content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate intellectual property rights of OsceSetGo or third parties

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

OsceSetGo offers various subscription plans with different features and access levels. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and features are clearly displayed on our pricing page.

5.2 Payment Terms

By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price changes. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on OsceSetGo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, OSCE stations, AI models, and platform design, is the property of OsceSetGo or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use OsceSetGo for your personal educational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit:

• Resale or commercial use of our content
• Distribution or sharing of account access
• Modification or creation of derivative works
• Removal of copyright or proprietary notices

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the platform. By using OsceSetGo, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve our services.

7. Medical Disclaimer

OsceSetGo does not provide medical advice, and nothing on the platform should be construed as medical advice. The platform is designed to help students practice clinical skills in a simulated environment and should be used as a supplement to, not a replacement for, formal medical education and clinical training.

8. AI and Accuracy

OsceSetGo uses artificial intelligence to generate patient responses and provide feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are simulated and may not reflect real-world medical scenarios perfectly
• Feedback and recommendations are educational tools, not definitive medical guidance
• You should verify information with authoritative medical sources
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
• Experience technical issues beyond our control
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OSCESETGO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of OsceSetGo shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OsceSetGo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit or transmit through the platform

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data, subject to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of OsceSetGo after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of OsceSetGo shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
